Our culture
We may be a small team, but we believe in creating mighty work
Our workplace is fully remote, but we’re still hyper-collaborative. We’re often in Figma together, workshopping ideas until something sticks. We believe that the best creative work is the sum of multiple perspectives, so invite all team members to have a hand in crafting a project’s trajectory.
As a group, we’re constantly learning. We have Slack channels devoted to sharing useful resources and we have biweekly “learning sessions” that different team members take turns leading. In the tech world, you’ve got to keep evolving to stay in the game.
Because we’re self-funded and profitable, our agency can be selective in the projects we take on. We lean towards those with social impact, where we can utilize our data viz skills to advocate for things we believe in: social justice, affordable health care, and climate solutions, among other causes. We also like using client projects to push our technical skills, and won’t shy away from a challenge.
Our values
These are the principles that guide our work
01 Follow the data
We analyze and visualize data in ways that encourages open and honest interpretation.
02 Be mindful of our impact
We always consider how data impacts people’s lives — positively and negatively.
03 Invest in exciting ideas
We carve out the time to dream big, take risks, and pursue new ideas.
04 Grow sustainably
We grow our business at a pace that feels healthy and viable for all members of our team.
05 Foster inclusivity
We strive to create an inclusive environment, both in our workplace and the world at large.
Working here
Building an inclusive workspace — where everyone’s voice matters
We are committed to being an anti-racist, inclusive agency and upholding these ethics in the work we do and environment we foster. We encourage people of color, women and members of the LGBTQ+ community to apply, voice their opinions, and help define the agency’s trajectory.`
